Anger is a normal. It tells us that we are finding a situation unjust, threatening, upsetting. You may feel that you have been mistreated, or that no-one respects you.

But it’s very important that we are careful with how we express our anger. If we choose to take it out on others, throw things about, start arguments, etc then we risk damaging relationships.

There is a healthy, ‘functional’ way to deal with anger, and I can help you to gain the skills to deal with your anger in a way that does not cause damage.
