Telephone Counselling

Sometimes it's easier to speak to a counsellor by telephone. Maybe you live outside the Stockport area. Lots of people prefer to have counselling over the phone rather than face-to-face.

Sometimes it’s easier to speak to a counsellor by telephone. No problem. Many people prefer to have counselling over the phone rather than face-to-face. And sometimes things can be conveyed over the phone in a way that you may find difficult face-to-face.

Whatever the reason that you may need to see a Counsellor, dealing with your issues by telephone may be the best way for you. And that’s all that matters. It could be that we start off speaking by telephone and later we meet. It’s entirely down to the ways that we decide together will work best for you.

You may need to speak to a telephone counsellor because you have an addiction problem of one kind or another, have relationship issues that need to be overcome, an eating disorder maybe, suffer from depression or anxiety or have you suffered a bereavement of a close relative or friend?

All of these problems which may feel impossibly heavy right now can be broken down, understood and improved.

There are lots of reasons why you may need to see a counsellor, but the outcome of them all is the same – helping you.

Stockport Counselling Services provide a range or therapies and approaches based on what’s best for helping you.

These are provided by Dawn Hazeldine, a BACP qualified, trained and experienced counsellor who has made a positive impact on the people she has helped.
